Paige's Birthday Party

Well yesterday we celebrated Paige's birthday with family.  We had almost everyone to our house for lunch, presents and cake.  I couldn't believe it but all 8 of my nieces and nephews were all there and it was so amazing!!  Everyone played so well together and had a good time.

Our day started out with a little girl who was very very excited that her party was that day.  She came into our room and we let her open one present.  Pretty much only because most of her presents were linked to this one present.

We got her a Leapfrog Leappad.  It's basically a kids tough ipad.  It's this coolest little thing and she loves it!

After some cleaning and getting everyone ready it was time for people to start showing up.  But not before the cake arrived!!  A friend of mine from work told me that she would make Paige's birthday cake.  I found a picture on pinterest and I have no words for how amazing she did!!  It was delicious and looked amazing!!

Tried to get Paige to take a picture by her cake before everyone showed up.  She stood there scowling at me, so I took a picture.  This is what happened next.

Paigey had so much fun just running and running with her cousins.  This is one of the few times she stopped and it was to teach Colin how to play the coloring game on her new leappad.

So much fun to have all of them at the table.  Listening to them all talk and hang out.

Then it was time for presents!!  Paige had 8 cousins who really wanted to help her open every one of them.  Also you'll notice that my daughter sits in dresses much like her mother.

Chase apparently was tired already

Tyler had Paigey laughing so hard while opening presents
After singing Happy Birthday it was time for cake.  I'll tell you all the sugar in the frosting couldn't even keep these kids from being so pooped out!  We found Paige sitting in the baby's room with the door closed playing with the baby toys just because she was ready for everyone to leave.  She took a really good nap.

It was a great day!  We were thankful for everyone who could make it to our house and celebrate our little girl.
