Pictures I totally forgot!

I totally forgot to put in my last blog that we went fishing!  Thank you Rick and Gail for letting us come and use the pond.  The girls had SO much fun fishing as they were catching fish right and left.  I don't think Uncle Rob could get a line baited before he had to take a fish off again.  It was a lot of fun and funny as all of our girls are not afraid to touch worms or fish.  Their Daddy's would be proud!!

The Hiatt Tornado

Well the Hiatt's came to visit!  Rob and I were parents to 4 kids this weekend.  Heather and Tony were off to Mason City for Tony's class reunion.  They dropped the kids off Friday night and were with us until Sunday afternoon.  Paige had so much fun with her cousins.  There are a lot of pictures and even a video or Colin and Paige.  We danced, played outside, and even tried a slumber party.  Please notice I said try.  Paige was not prepared to sleep with her cousins in her room, so they slept somewhere else.  Rob and I have realized we don't want 4 kids anytime soon.  It was a lot of fun and nice to spend time with my nieces and nephew.  Have fun with all of the pictures.  Probably wont blog again until after Graham and Pat's wedding.  I have a lot to do next weekend to get ready!

The Big One Zoo

So we went to the big one zoo as Paige calls it also known as the Omaha zoo.  We had an amazing day!  It was beautiful outside and we met up with our friends Rob, Nicole, and Faith.  The zoo was PACKED as we found out it was the last weekend before school started in Omaha.  Paige had so much fun.  It was nice to get out with friends for a little while and nice to go to a different zoo then the Des Moines one.  Enjoy all the pictures!

Photos from my phone

So I have a friend who has a blog, and every once in awhile she does posts where she just pulls the random pictures off her phone.  I think this is a great idea!  Since most people my age have a smart phone and I would say about 75% of our pictures are taken on it I always have random pictures.  So here are pictures I haven't shared with you all yet.

When Daddy is away...

Well Daddy left last night for his annual ISU boys golf outing. He was so excited for a weekend in Wisconsin with his friends golfing, fishing, and trying to act like they are still in college. Paige and I have a fun weekend planned including a visit from Grandma Greta. More pictures to come. But enjoy this picture Paigey wanted to golf like Daddy.
