So this is just a little update on Robert. He would never blog about this nor does he really talk about it. Rob was promoted at work recently. I'm so very proud of him. He's worked really hard and things finally fell into place for him. Rob has gone from being the Regional Credit Manger and managing 3 people to being the Credit Manger and managing 11 people. He's already taken a couple bumps in the road but is very excited and optimistic for his future. We're all so proud of him and glad that all of his hard work is paying off!

Paigey The Scientist
I'm telling you, I LOVE Paige's daycare teachers right now. This has been one of Paige's favorite years ever. Normally by this time she is ready to move onto the next room, she doesn't want to go to school. Denise and Lisa have made school so exciting for her. They do some of the funnest stuff this year. This week alone they have gone on a field trip to the science center, which Paige can't stop talking about, and then today they did science projects. Her teacher set up a Facebook group where she posts pictures doing all of their fun stuff. It's such a highlight to see pictures of my girl during the day knowing she's having so much fun. When you scroll down you'll see her doing her experiment. Denise told me that she had so much fun. We will be very sad at the end of May when Paige has to switch rooms. I know we'll all miss Denise, Lisa, Renee, and Ally.
9 months!
Well family and friends it's happened....Henry is 9 months old. I'm so happy and sad all at the same time. I'm excited for the summer where I'm sure I'm going to have a little boy who is running. You see Henry is already pulling up next to things. He's already letting go just to see if he can stand by himself and he does stand by himself for a little bit. He's doing things at a pace much faster then his sister. Mostly because he wants to go with his sister. Those two are just head over heels in love with each other and I can't ask for anything more then that. I walked into daycare this morning and they started talking to me about changing his schedule again to adjust to eating TABLE FOOD. Then she started prepping me for when they take his morning nap away and he goes to one big afternoon nap. All of the emotions I had of when this happened with Paige all hit me as I walked out the door. When he's in the next room at daycare is when Paige started sleeping on a cot, starting eating at the table and got rid of her binkie. I think this is the first time I've actually just stopped and been like where did time go. I've been so excited for him to do stuff that now I'm like holy moly. But I was just talking to a friend of mine who has a 4 month old. I was writing stuff and I thought Nik take your own advice. Babies are constantly changing, I know this already since I have an ALMOST 4 year old. I'm telling you though I love this little buddy. He's 100% on the move. He's fast and into everything. I guess that's what having a boy is, right? But I wouldn't trade him for anything. I mean look at that face!! Ok sappy moment over, WOW.
Ok, 9 month appointment stats. He weighed in at 25 lbs and 30.5 inches long. Our doctor was so thrilled to walk into the room and see Henry standing next to something and then take off crawling. He told us most babies he sees Henry's size don't want to do anything. Their content with just hanging out (According to his grandma his Dad may have fell into this category when he was little). So we are supposed to start table foods, start working really hard with sippy cups to prepare for whole milk. That's right people 3 months left of buying cans of formula!!!
We hope everyone is surviving what feels like a never ending winter. We are all very ready to get outside and play.

Disney Junior Live
Well 2 weekends ago Graham and I took the girls to Disney Junior Live. We normally go to Sesame Street Live but realized the girls were a little too old to do that again this year. So when tickets went on sale for Disney Junior we bought them as fast as possible. The girls were so excited the day of. We had AMAZING seats.
This was Paige's face the minute the show started.
She smiled the whole time.
Do you know how hard it is to get a 3 and 4 year old to look at you at the same time to take a picture. This was even during intermission, there was nothing really going on.
I love our girls days together. I love having Paige and Nikki days.
This is how the girls looked the entire show. They just stood and danced and watched everything. They had so much fun.
My favorite thing that happened was. This show was half princesses and half pirates. So Peter Pan came flying out. I said Paige, look Peter Pan is flying! Paige said, "Yeah Mom he's on a string." I almost died laughing. I told her she was right. Apparently they didn't do a good job hiding the strings when Peter Pan came out. You can't get anything past that girl.

Check Your Papers!!!
Check your papers tomorrow morning! Henry's on the cover of the Hy-Vee ad!! I have been staring at this ad for almost a month at work still can't believe that he's on the cover!! He had so much fun with this photo shoot. I mean he did get to eat during it! This ad is prints over 2 million copies for all of the newpapers and Hy-Vee stores. That is just CRAZY to me!
Henry had his picture taken at 3 different stations we had set up for work. We took photos of 6 different babies that day. Henry was the last one and everyone at work loves him. He was such a happy boy during the shoot. They loved that he was the only baby who couldn't crawl or walk at the time. So they were able to get pictures of him on all fours but he couldn't go away. Now that both of my kids have been in ads I think we're done HA! Enjoy all of the pictures from below. This is just a very small portion of what was taken that day. But they are my favorites for sure!
Stay Home Day - Snow Day
Saturday or stay home day as Paigey calls it. We were supposed to go to Newton today but ended up being stuck because they were predicting nasty weather. We did get a couple inches of snow but didn't get the wind that everyone said would happen. Rob went out to snow blow and Paigey went to play while he was out there. It was finally not freezing and we had snow, that has been rare this winter. You'll see the picture of Henry, poor buddy just wanted to be out there with them.
While Daddy was still napping I cuddled with both my babies. They are so much fun!
Henry enjoyed some snacks during the Iowa State game.
Paigey didn't want to watch the game so she watched a movie in our room. Rob found her doing sewing cards in our room. SO CUTE!!
